Pictures of the New Waja Replacement - AKA Lancer

Really looks like Lancer, pity all those who bought a Lancer in the past 2 years.

I wouldn't really pity those who already bought the lancer in the last 2 years. I sat in one recently and was really quite impressed with the finishing quality of the car interior. Although majority of the materials are plastic, it was all finished very neatly and everything seems to fit in their positions perfectly without any squeaks.

On the other hand, I am pretty sure whatever Lancer look a like model that they will have over here will not be able to match the same build quality as those imported versions.

But I think Mitsubishi owners won't regret much cos at least their cars won't fall apart after a few months - power window jam, door knobs come off, dashboard rattling, door hinge creaking, etc.

Many years ago I drove a Mitsubishi Colt and when they launched the Satria (look exactly the same), I thought I was screwed. But those who sat in my car immediately noticed the difference - especially the built quality.
