wow, super untung there.

probably receipt there already stated "good sold are not returnable." and argument will be on "willing seller" stance.

Let me share my experience incident ‘cheated’ by a camera shop. My cousin brother had the similar as well within the same period caught by the advertisement promotion.

This is the incident of buying a new DSLR camera that comes with a kit lens together with the supposed to be ‘gifts’ as advertised by the brand company .
Everything was fine according to the price as advertised. Then the shop sales staff started to recommend a UV filter, then a protective film, then a cleaning kit, then sell me the tripod (which is supposed to be FREE, if only you ask for it!) as well.

My cousin brother had the same experience and he was cheated plus buying the wide-angle converter as well. Together, we found out later when we visited another shop in town.

We ended up paying a bomb! We realised the shop shark us with all the accessories that were recommended together with the DSLR. Later, we checked out the prices individually of the accessories and they really SHARK us!
So, because the margin maybe be not much, due to competitions among shops, this is where if you are not careful, they SHARK you with all the ‘gifts’ and accessories. They sweet-talk you and if they realise you are green, man,............you are in for trouble.
We have written a complaint to the Consumer Affairs, waiting for a reply.
The shop name is CAM WORLD. Dont’ be caught!

Just a note tho - overheads for shops that are in big time shopping centers are very high so you can't expect to buy 'cheap' things from big shops in expensive places.

Sorry bro. I tak agree with you lah!
Normally, prices are always recommended as retailing. So, it is known for the fact that an item, its price is stated or advertised. It is these people that over charged. Knowing you are not aware of these little , little items, so they will 'cheat' you.
This is not food for makan. Prices are subjective. You can charge as you like, you dont' like you dont eat or buy.
But, these are items manufactured and specs are stated for the fact. It is advertised. Black is black and cannot be grey or white.
So, no reasons for overcharging.

I think the price RM1,500 for sigma 70-300mm lens is the new one with 'OS' version if not mistaken.
