Not I'm do not want to teach you how, it's a lot of step and PS tools used to created effect like this, and it also took me about 40 minutes job. My sample still look not so perfect cause the photo is small and low resolution. If you live around Puchong, maybe you can join my Photoshop class to learn the way to edit your photo in different style. PM me if you interest.

The step is more o less same as the member shared. The trick is cloud... Expore in the filters in ps.

Ok. Gotta learn to be more creative with the cloud filter. I've figured out how to do some of the pics here. Thanks a bunch
