No problem at all.
My personal preference is a slightly more contrasty B&W. However, recently some B&W experienced people told not to have too compressed tone in B&W. I'm not so sure what it really means but I think the idea is not to push black into really black, and white into really white. I guess my attempt this time is not spot-on. I prolly need to bump up the contrast a bit more. I'm still searching what is the real deal with B&W tone. I hope I don't confused you.

additional

sometime ..if the BW pic contrast is too high, it won't be nice...depending on what you want to show in the BW. Sometime low contrast is nicer compared to BW at certain ..picture..

Very true, Edwin. In my case, the photo should be a bit more contrasty so that there will be more separation between tones to differentiate the subjects since there so many things going on in the photo. Too much mid-tones make it blend together.
