Is the color washed out?

Wondering is this considered as the color is washed out? it seems like, colorless? or this is the right WB? or?

It's your color profile...you're not using sRGB.

Did you shoot in RAW? If so, just change the color profile to sRGB and reprocess the image.

nope...
but I use Lightroom to process some of the photos, then I export it but not using sRGB... and add watermark using Photoshop CS version... guess that is the reason...

when using the lightroom to export the files, there is an option list, which is got sRGB, ProPhotoRGB, something like that...

but I did not choose sRGB just now... and actually there was an error warning when I used the exported photos in PhotoShop, but I did not give a damn... haha...
