meaning basic touch up is allowed, but you cannot do major editing. as in if you want to change the color from red to blue, then that is not allowed lo...

or, you create a HDR image and want to use it to participate, the answer will be NO... you cannot submit that HDR photo.

can I assume that those using Canon DSLR will have an advantage over those using other camera brands when entering the contest? Because Canon is sponsoring.
