Thanks noordin. I'm not quite satisfied with the scanned photos. And I think the shop did some 'enhancement' to my photos. Now I'm looking for a negative scanner so that I can scan my negs based on my liking. CanoScan 4400F/8800FF seems to be the best option that I have right now. What to do, Nikon negs scanner so expensive.

Ok... These are some shots that I took during the trip. I'm guessing I need to buy lens hood for my old lenses.

For this set, I used the normal Fuji Superia 400. And I'm no master, only few months using films. I think this would be my 6th or 7th roll.

Got a few people here who are very experienced with films. Let's wait if they surface. Hehehe.

I have the CanoScan 4400 and I use that for normal document scanning. I don't think that's good for negative/slides. I have see the CanoScan 8800 which was used to scan the B&W negatives in last weekend's workshop, and it's so much much better.

I'm going to do some film now, more on B&W and I have ordered the simple Nikon Coolscan 5000 ED. I saw that in action at Keat and I was really impressed.

I just checked the price for Nikon Coolscan 5000 ED and I fell from my chair. I think I will go for CanoScan 8800F.

Thanks for the valuable input, uncle noordin.
