It would be very helpful to everybody if we can list-up the places.
Not just tourist spots though.
If we can post up more details (such as picture, map, link, etc), it would be even better.

Umm I have a suggestion. I'm not sure whether Penang is having a huge celebration on Merdeka Day but I'm sure there would be some parades going on and stuff. Gonna be so colorful... bes kan??

End of The World, Teluk Bahang
A fisherman's village where there's a lot of activities in the morning or late evening especially when the fisherman's back from the sea. You can also enjoy the local seafood dishes there.

Recommended time to go:
1) Early morning where the jetty will be busy
2) Late evening for more quiet photoshoot without bothering the fisherman

Botanic Garden, for sure?

Also Pantai Kerachut, which is just a short hike, like 45 min to 1 hr, from End of The World. I think the marsh land right before the sea is a great place for shoots too.
