We take certain things for granted

Just saw this old post and decided to bring it out for discussion....

Sometimes, we (okay, I'm generalizing here) take things like electricity for granted. Imagine when our ancestors used only oil lamps. Think a bit further....when fire wasn't even discovered yet.

The point is, people still survived back then, what is 1 hour without these luxuries aside from people in the hospital that relies on medical equipment, emergency travelling at night, etc....

Hmm....just my 2 cents....
