Ok la looks a bit unrealistic to me, if I were to do it I'd do something like this.

I did something like the following steps:

1) Shadow/Highlight
2) Curves
3) Remove green tint
4) Add cooling filter
5) Remove eyebags
6) Brighten eyes
7) Dodge face
8) Sharpen overall and add local contrast
9) Add vignette

hmmm

i like the first one..but it seems like too over expose...try burn n douge tool to have a balance lighting...

but you settled the eye bags mah. both are just skin in unwanted condition.
