i agree with eutjin, the face is a little overexpose.

PP on the nose, armpit and arms are really not appealing. hands are also cut off on the left. an on camera fix will help a lot.

Working on low res pic is like that, on high res I can remove the noise and retain the detail

after two times CS crashes while editing this photo... I give up editing... I will just point out my view.

The photo is seriously suffering color problem. First thing need to do is to correct the color. Then adjust the green to less saturated. Then do something to the background so that the orange-red flower does steal the subject attention.

If possible, select other photo... compo wise... technical wise is not good... I am sure you have other better photo. I believe P, A, S mode with Auto WB will give you a good start. The leaves in front of the subject is disturbing, in my view... try to find some foreground which blend into the subject, e.g. form a frame to enhance focus to the subject.
