this was the first ever lesson in DSLR photography that i learnt a while back... i think ST told me bout the differences. thanks.

in lightroom, it was recommended prophotoRGB, (what's that?)
also, it states SRGB cannot encompass full range of color in lightroom. Does that mean my editing color will be off?

If you don't know, just stick to sRGB, if you are shooting RAW it doesn't matter anyway.

And if you are uploading to web, just use sRGB to avoid any display issues.
