My cute little Sons

Hi alpha'er, photo below taken with AF50 f1.7 old version, due to no money to invite model shoot, so he will be my FOC model to train up my skill, haha......photo taken with below setting. C & C welcome, it help to increase my photo skill.

Mummy....i'm hungry....faster pls.

A100, AF50 lens, ISO100, 1/50s, f1.7, 50mm

Ah...............

A100, AF50 lens, ISO200, 1/60s, f1.7, 50mm

PaPa said finish meal have to drink water...

Good effort...very cute ...

A bit OOF/blur though. You might have to increase the ISO a bit to raise the shutter speed and f number. Or use flash

I agree, a slightly faster shutter speed and higher f number (maybe f2) would have made for a sharper picture..

But I since your model is so willing, you can try again.. and again..

Yeah, when the time of taken is to test out how shallow can this lens go, but seem is not suite for close portrait.

Thanks for the comment. Will try with flash later

i think the blur image is due to the small f / number... for the fix lense,, i think eventhough u used at f / 8 n above, is better ( sharpness, bokeh is still nice )... the smaller aperture u can compensate with either flash or higher ISO ( below 800 is recommended depend on ur gear )

just my opinion,, hehehe ..

agree with comments above...flash needed...
ISO 400 still acceptable for me in A300...but look closely will notice some noise...
or u can make ambience light brighter...
