sensor dust...

I dont know whether this is correct session for me to post this thread... Currently i found that there is a dust on my sensor (as i can see 1 tiny spot on the image). I try to cleaning with the camera sensor cleaning program, but its unsuccessful, i can see the dot still there.. So guys, just wanna ask is there any other way to encounter this problem, or shall i just send to the service centre?

Try an air blower first before trying anything which involves touching the sensor. Lock the mirror up and face the camera down. Then blow the air upwards onto the sensor.

The Lenspen works but there is some danger of abrasive material/dust resting on the tip of the Lenspen when you push it onto the sensor. This is usually user error. Not the fault of the pen.
