...don't think both G11 & S90 are classified as dslr
![]() > they r somewhat 'advanced' P&S that produces good & quality images.. > if either are your choices, i reckon go for G11, you can learn more from its xtras. moreover, some pros do use it as a backup > S90 is a good P&S camera too, but has limitations when compared to G11 ...if you are serious into dslr, then consider 'real' dslr such as EOS 450D or 500D, which are gr8 entry levels for canon. There's oso 1000D, cheaper in price but... 'lesser' in built quality hope this help ![]()

depends on your budget and your preference, some prefer takin good photos with prosumer range of camera (G10/G11) or entry level slr. But bear in mind photography is a very expensive hobby and is darn addictive, if you are still interested in slr pm me, we arrange a place n time then can let u hands on a real slr i have entry level slr, a mid range slr and a full-framed slr.

Well , maybe you'll regret some day , why don't straight away try second hand DSLR while 400D only about RM1k & 450D only about 1.8k .
Since your brother owned a DSLR , you 2 can share accessories . |
