Wedding happens only once to most people and the hired photographer has a fiduciary duty to ensure reasonable pictures to the client. From the samples, the photographer have truly misrepresented himself as a ''Professional". The judgment in favour of the couple is a great discouragement to people who can afford a DSLR and then go on claiming to be a professional. Its a great precedent for this mostly unregulated profession and industry.
