Feedback for Digicolor
I just want to warn forumers when buying stuffs from this shop. i learned my lesson cheap stuffs is not good stuffs. i bought digicolor softbox set from this shop. the flash got burnt out. around 1 to 2 months ago, i sent it back for warranty/repair. they told me no warranty ,i understand and accepted as this is their policy. they took more than 2 weeks to find out the problem. never call me back. i have to call them everytime ,the standard replies are will call u back tom, will call you back tom (of course there are no call back) .at last they told me no more spare parts. i wonder why as this should be their best selling products with their own "brand name. so they said their boss is at china looking for the spare part. 1 week past , i call again . no update , technician out. call a few times no update, tecnician out. after another week call again, no update. technician on MC. i've called so many times , 2 weeks ago after 1 month ++, they said they just only faxed to wait for the spare part from china. they ask me NOT TO CALL THEM ANYMORE and they will call back. its rather funny as they've never even called me 1 time before. now i'm wondering what happened to the softboxes and whether i should get a new set instead.
i learnt my lesson. CHEAP is not good stuffs. the customer service after sales is really important. it's really sad that a shop manufacturing it's own brand of product does not have any spare parts around i've also decided not to buy anything from digicolor anymore |

Me too. As a consumer, I hope they will be out of business soon so that no one will be victimised anymore.

hmm, no offense to u....just want to share opinion
U already know the stuff u bought is cheap, so u should get ready for "cheapo" disaster... chinese ppl says: "good stuff not cheap, cheap stuff no good"

digicolor has not earn any single cent from me. Terrible service they have.
