What Happened: He parked his Pajero at Putra Palace Hotel (Kangar, Perlis) parking lot while it was raining and went to Kuala Perlis with his friend's car. The Pajero was broken into, and the robber took his Nikon camera bag, along with with a few other bags (which includes his international passport).

My house was broke in by a thief on 28th Feb noon. My camera and the accessories were taken away. The items and the serial numbers are as follow.

Speedlite 580EX serial no: 448787
EF1.4XII serial no: 66598

Lost: Manfrotto 190ProB tripod (black) + Acratech Ultimate Ballhead (slightly dented) + Tripod Bag (black)

(They forgot to take take the white mount ring, so the lens will be missing the white mount ring)

At Cheras this afternoon, a thief smashed my friend's car window and got away with his a month old

TAMRON 17-50mm f2.8 SERIAL NO: 119156 (Canon Mount)

luckily the thief didn't took his Canon 300mm f4 and a 40D body that was tucked in another bag. he already lodged a police report about this incident.

My house was broken in yesterday. That bugger took away my cameras and lenses from my dry box and my watches as well.

I know it might not help me get back my gears, but you guys out there, just becareful getting my gears in the market.

I put down here the serial number of my gears that been stolen :

1) Camera Sony DSLR A700 with a battery inside. Bought in year 2006.
Serial Number : S01 - 2380428 - D

2) Lens Carl Zeiss DT 16-80 F3.5-4.5 ZA. Bought in year 2006.
Serial Number : S01 - 3814716 - G

3) Lens SAL 75300 F4.5-5.6. Bought in year 2005
No serial number as I got this lens from my A100 package.

4) Lens KM 50mm F1.4. Bought in year 2005
No serial number as I bought this from a friend of mine.

5) Sony camera bag ACC-AMFM11.

In fact, that bugger didn't take my battery charger along. The battery that was in the camera was going to flat out. If I recall, it left 25%.

No memory cards was taken. Thank God. I took out the memory cards.

Yes, I had make a police report about this.

My area is in Taman Midah, Prisma Perdana.

24 hour guarded apartment, and the broke in happened during day time.
