RM40k Billboard Proposal

In todays papers it was reported a David Tan came up with a unique marriage proposal. He spent RM40000 on a billboard and RM14000 on a diamond ring to pop the question to his girlfriend Kelly Tan on Valentines
Day. The billboard (located at near Giant, LDP kelana jaya) reads "Kelly Tan E Li, Will You Marry Me?" .

Well the first thing that came to my mind was to ask what I could have done with RM54000.... buy D3, 14-24, 24-70, 70-200, 300, 400... etc

Kelly said yes to David and if u guys or gals want your nails done, please
do not hesitate to visit her at her nail salon.

At least the 14,000 diamond ring can be hers forever. The 40,000 cost of the billboard is gone forever! Impetuous? Well love does make men lose their heads!

if my bf ever uses rm40k billboard to propose to me...i'd scold him for being silly n wasteful...rm40k best to be used on honeymoon or wedding or future home...but i think this david guy must be really rich...

Interesting bit of news, I wonder if the billboard is still there. If it is for 1 day then RM45k is alot as I know my mum's company spent around RM100k for 1 year of advertisement on a single billboard by Federal highway.

I saw tat billboard =.=" ... TS is the guy ur fren ? Erm no offence ya but ... if i imagine i'm a girl ... and some1 do tat to me ... it's kinda .. SCARY .. is it THAT TOUCHING for girls ? Not paiseh 1 ar do like tat haha ,,, no offence ar seriously ... juz my personal opinion ..
